Strasia Group guides entrepreneurs and investors through company formation, accounting and residency across nine jurisdictions, from Hong Kong and Singapore to Dubai, Labuan, the United States and the United Kingdom. Our headquarters are in Singapore, with further group companies in Hong Kong, the United States and Labuan.
We work with e-commerce merchants, consultants, creators and investors. For each client we set up a structure that fits their residence and business, and then look after it with accounting and deadlines.
After formation, the real work begins
Setting up a company abroad is the easy part. The hard part starts afterwards: annual filings to local standards, deadlines with authorities that will not answer emails in your language, banking requirements that keep changing. Managed from a distance, problems tend to surface only once they get expensive.

Hong Kong requires a TCSP licence by law. Within our group it is held by Strasia Group Limited, which handles incorporations and company secretary services for Hong Kong.
