Refunds & Cancellations

We want you to know exactly where you stand — before you engage us. So here is what matters, in three points.

Before we start

Changed your mind before we begin? Write to us — we review every cancellation individually and refund whatever has not yet been incurred.

Once work has begun

Once we prepare documents or file applications, the work is delivered — the service fee can no longer be refunded.

Government fees

Official fees are passed on to the authorities unchanged. We cannot refund these amounts, not even in part.

Exceptions exist — for instance if we demonstrably cannot deliver a service we promised. The details are below.

What counts as "work has begun"?
Work begins the moment we act on your behalf — reviewing your documents, preparing incorporation or application paperwork, filing with an authority, or delivering a consultation. It does not include the initial call: that one is free.
Which services are non-refundable once started?
Company formations from the moment of filing with the registry, visa applications from submission to the immigration authority, accounting and tax work from the start of processing, and consultations or strategy sessions already delivered.
Why are government and third-party costs excluded?
Registry fees, licence costs, notary and translation charges are passed on unchanged — we keep none of it. Once paid, authorities do not return these amounts, not even if an application is refused.
When do we refund anyway?
If we demonstrably cannot deliver a contractually agreed service and no remedy is possible — for instance a rejection by the authorities that is not based on information you provided. In that case we review a proportional refund of the service fee. Government fees remain excluded.
How do I make a request?
Email legal@strasia-group.com with your contract or invoice number and a brief description. We come back with an assessment — and we will tell you honestly if a refund is not possible.

What we do — and what we don't

Strasia Group provides advisory and administrative services for corporate structures and related residency pathways. We act strictly as a private advisory firm: we do not sell, issue, or guarantee the approval of any visa, permit, or official government document. All applications are processed through official government channels. Our fees cover advisory, document preparation and facilitation only — they are entirely separate from any official government fees.
