Strasia Group provides professional advisory and facilitation services. Due to the nature of our services, the following refund rules apply:
Advisory services, company formations, and government application processes are non-refundable once processing has commenced. This includes but is not limited to:
Government fees, notary costs, government levies, and other third-party costs incurred during service delivery are generally non-refundable, as these are paid directly to the respective authority or third party.
If you wish to cancel your engagement before we have commenced processing, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. In such cases, we will review a partial or full refund on a case-by-case basis.
In exceptional cases where Strasia Group demonstrably cannot deliver a contractually agreed service (e.g., government rejection without client fault and without possibility of remedy), a proportional refund of the service fee will be reviewed. Third-party costs remain excluded.
