These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by Strasia Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. (Singapore, UEN: 202543024W) through this website, including advisory services, company formations, accounting, tax compliance & coordination of local tax advisors, and visa services.
Strasia Group provides advisory and facilitation services in international company formation, accounting, tax, and visa matters. Specific services, timelines, and costs are defined in individual proposals or contracts. Information on this website does not constitute a binding offer.
Payments are due according to the terms specified in the individual contract or proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance. All prices are in the currency stated in the proposal.
The information on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute tax, legal, or financial advice. Strasia Group is not liable for decisions made based on general website information. A formal client engagement is required for binding advice.
Strasia Group's liability is limited to the value of the service agreed in the respective contract. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Cancellations are possible before the commencement of service delivery. Once processing has begun (e.g., submission of incorporation documents to authorities), cancellation is no longer possible. Services already rendered and third-party costs incurred (government fees, notary costs, etc.) are non-refundable.

Our company provides B2B consulting and administrative processing support for corporate structuring and related immigration pathways. We act strictly as a private intermediary and advisory firm. We do not sell, issue, or guarantee the approval of any visa, permit, registration number, or official government document. All applications are processed directly through official government channels (such as the respective Immigration Departments or Corporate Registries). Our service fees strictly cover our professional advisory, document preparation, and facilitation work, and are entirely separate from any official government filing or statutory fees.
